About
Biography

I am a green criminologist and conservation scientist. My research focuses on wildlife crime and non-criminalised (but harmful) acts that threaten wildlife and the environment.
My PhD research at Northumbria University centred on the trade and exploitation of marine wildlife and responses from CITES - see more here.

I have also recently conducted a global scoping study into the wildlife offences and penalties outlined in legislation. You can take a look at my other projects here.
